Where Genuine Care Meets Lasting Wellbeing
Welcome to MotivateME
where we’re committed to tackling the pressing issue of lost productivity in the workplace head-on. According to data unveiled by the CIPD in September 2023, there has been a notable surge in sick leave over the past year. The study revealed that the average number of sick days taken has spiked to 7.8 days, marking the highest rate of sickness absence in the past decade.
This underscores the urgent need for organisations to prioritise the health and mental wellbeing of their employees. With millions of pounds worth of business productivity lost, investing in employee wellbeing isn’t just beneficial—it’s essential.
The key to reducing sick days lies in improving the overall health and mental wellbeing of your workforce, and that’s where we come in. Our personal and authentic approach, along with our supporting tools, have a proven track record of empowering individuals to implement new healthy routines, from nutrition to stress management, sleep improvement, and overall vitality enhancement.
By prioritising the health and wellbeing of your workforce, your organisation not only supports a positive work environment but also positions itself as an attractive destination for top talent. Investing in employee wellbeing isn’t just about boosting productivity—it’s about creating a culture where every individual feels valued, supported, and motivated to thrive.
Let us help you transform your workplace into a hub of wellbeing and productivity, where your team can reach their full potential.
Meet The Team
Mark Bryce
Founder
Hello, I’m Mark Bryce, a seasoned fitness and nutrition expert with over 20 years of experience, including personal transformations for major bodybuilding competitions. My journey began at the age of 14, witnessing my mother’s struggle with health and alcoholism after my parents’ divorce, which ignited my passion for nutrition and wellness.
My expertise lies in helping individuals in high-performance roles navigate the complexities of maintaining health amidst demanding careers. Having begun my career in the IT sector at the age of 16, I spent nearly two decades climbing the ranks, eventually managing teams nationwide for a prominent financial services company. During this time, I not only honed my skills in leadership and management but also developed a deep understanding of the challenges faced by high performers in corporate environments.
In 2017, I made the transition from the corporate world to pursue my true passion full-time: coaching and supporting individuals in achieving optimal health and wellbeing. While I’ve had the privilege of working with thousands of coaching clients over the years, my focus in recent years has been on supporting high performers, C-suite professionals, and business owners. Once my clients gained results, this naturally led to a new phase in my career, where my clients then switched from 121 coaching and instead seek my expertise to support their businesses with their wellbeing strategies and initiatives.
It’s almost as if I’ve come full circle, but this time, I’m aligned with delivering services from a genuine passion of mine.
